Collective Bargaining Agreement Signed at AÇÜ

The collective bargaining agreement covering employees working at Artvin Çoruh University was signed at a meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Recep ERDEM, Secretary General of Artvin Çoruh University, and attended by the Deputy Secretary General, Legal Advisor, and Department Heads, as well as Baki GÜLBABA, President of the Öz Büro İş Trade Union, and representatives of the Öz Büro İş Trade Union at our university.

The signed agreement aims to protect the rights of employees and improve their working conditions. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Gülbaba, President of the Öz Büro İş Union, emphasized that labor and sweat are always the most valuable elements, while Secretary General Erdem stated that the university administration will continue to stand by the employees.

The meeting concluded with the hope that the collective bargaining agreement will be beneficial for the employees.
