Key Visit Marks European Mobility Week in Artvin

As part of European Mobility Week, Deputy Governor Mr. İsmail Erdoğan hosted Ms. Maria Luisa Wyganowski, Head of the Cooperation Section at the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey, at the Governor’s Office in Artvin.

The meeting gathered representatives of local institutions actively engaged in EU-funded initiatives. Artvin Çoruh University was represented by Dr. Hakan Gültekin, Director of the Center for International Relations Research and Practice. The discussions highlighted ongoing projects led by the EU and the Directorate of Foreign Relations, providing a platform for constructive dialogue and exchange of ideas.

Beyond reviewing current EU-funded projects in Artvin, the talks also turned to the future-dentifying new partnership opportunities and exploring avenues for enhanced cooperation in the coming period.
