Online Meeting on Visa and Residence Procedures for Foreign Students

The procedures regarding the visa and residence processes of foreign students are now required to be followed by universities and all documents in this process must be received by hand and the responsible personnel in the units must receive the documents and send them to the 'International Student Office' within the Foreign Relations Application and Research Center. was conveyed to the responsible persons. In this context, the International Student Office organized an information meeting where some important details regarding the control and delivery of documents received from foreign students will be shared. At the meeting held online via Zoom, International Student Office responsible Ercan SOYSAL made a presentation on how to check the documents with visuals on some sample forms and what to pay attention to when receiving the documents. The meeting was attended by Hakan GÜLTEKİN, Director of the Foreign Relations Application and Research Center from our University, Ercan SOYSAL, responsible for the International Student Office, Mustafa Ünver SABUNCU, Head of Student Affairs Department, Süleyman ÇELİK, Director of Student Affairs Branch, and responsible officers and faculty members in other units of our University. Artvin Provincial Immigration Management Expert Hakan DURMUŞ also attended the meeting.
