Our International Students Participated in the “Traditional Turkish Sports Festival” in Rize.

Artvin Çoruh University's international students and community members represented our university by participating in the “Traditional Turkish Sports Festival,” held on May 9, 2026. The festival aimed to promote cultural heritage, foster inter-university interaction, and promote social cohesion among international students.

Hosted by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, the event provided students from various countries with the opportunity to showcase their traditional games and introduce their regions. Students also enjoyed an archery event.

The fun and colorful festival contributed to strengthening cultural interaction among the students. As part of the event, students also had the chance to visit various parts of Rize. The day-long activities provided participants with an unforgettable experience, both socially and culturally.
