Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim Aydın Visits Batumi as Part of the Official Delegation Program in Georgia

On the first day of his official visit to Georgia, Rector of Artvin Çoruh University Prof. Dr. İbrahim Aydın visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Türkiye in Batumi. Rector Aydın and his delegation were welcomed by Consul General Mr. Adnan Altay Altınörs. The Rector was accompanied by Dr. Hakan Gültekin, Director of the Center for International Relations, and Dr. Mehmet Ali Keskin. During the meeting, the parties discussed opportunities for enhancing academic cooperation and developing joint educational projects between Türkiye and Georgia.

Later, the delegation visited Batumi Turkish Multi-Program Anatolian High School, which operates under the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye. Rector Aydın and his colleagues met with the school administration, teachers, and students in a cordial atmosphere.
Dr. Hakan Gültekin introduced Artvin Çoruh University to 12th-grade students, providing information about the university’s academic programs and international activities. Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim Aydın also took part in a Q&A session, responding to students’ questions about higher education and study opportunities in Türkiye.
