The Institution's Administrative Board Meeting Was Held

A meeting of the University Administrative Board was held at our university. The meeting was chaired by our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Fikret Sözbilir, and attended by our General Secretary, Recep Erdem; the Head of the Personnel Department, Hızır İlyas Erdem; and authorized union representatives.
During the meeting, discussions were held regarding current issues affecting university staff, working conditions, employee rights, and administrative processes. Participants engaged in a constructive exchange of views and presented solution-oriented suggestions.
The productive meeting is expected to contribute to strengthening internal communication and enhancing employee satisfaction. It was noted that the Institutional Administrative Board will continue to meet regularly in the coming period to address current issues.
